Thank you for providing a natural opportunity for me to state that I do
not own, nor have I ever worn, Trek garb.  Not even a pair of Spock ears!
I have also never attended a Trek convention, nor met an actor in person.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I will admit to having attended two
general SF cons in my life, having friends who have gone in costume often.

However, I flatly deny that I once named a dog "Spock" and promise never
to do it again. :-)
