     Thought I'd put some numbers on Saturday afternoon's discussion.
Renaissance Learning is listed on the NASDEQ (RLRN).    Their annual net
income over the last 5 years has varied from about 32 to about 12 million,
on revenues of about 131 to 111 million.  The trend seems to be down, so
maybe schools are beginning to take a second look.  Still a lot of money,
though.
