[Dev-sig] Eclipse for c++ and php - what plugins?

I generally use vim or jEdit, although those aren't IDEs, that's just
what I've grown comfortable and most productive with.
But... "IDEs are more productive"
I feel this is really a subjective statement, most likely stated by
someone who's more productive in an IDE. =)
