Excellent question.  I'm sort of kind of the instigator of this, and
that's bad because I'm not a great person for organizing (plus some weeks
I'm all organized out with some volunteer sailing I do).  What we need to
do to get off the ground is pick a regular meeting day and location.

Naturally, all the obvious days are taken by some other computer group.
Last time we met on a Monday, and I think the consensus was that there
isn't a better day, so we should just pick a particular Monday of the
month (not the second Monday, UUASC-OC meets then) and a location.
